We manage the Greenway Centre and The Ranch Adventure Playground & Youth Space, providing inspiring and accessible community spaces for children, young people, families, adults, community groups, partners and businesses.

ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years experience working one-to-one with people supporting holistic wellbeing/health/mental health and managing a case load
- Understanding of importance of employment within the context of wellbeing and health
- Ability to work with diverse communities and complex participants
- Proactive and creative team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to facilitate learning or wellbeing groups
- Diligent and responsible with the ability to be outcome and target focused
- Understanding of the VCSE, employment and/or health sectors and the benefits of partnership working
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You will support a case load of participants with wellbeing, health and employment needs. You will work with participants one-to-one either briefly, or over a longer period of time, to improve wellbeing, health and confidence, and, ultimately, employability
- You will work with and alongside a team of practitioners, working collaboratively and drawing on each other’s strengths to ensure the best support for our participants
- You will develop excellent working knowledge of the local health, VCSE and employment sectors, drawing on resources and linking participants in with appropriate services to best support wellbeing
- You will have the opportunity to help shape and develop this new, holistic service
DETAILS:
Location: Based at Greenway Centre, Bristol, BS10
Reports to: Learning and Wellbeing Manager
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £26,807.33 pro-rata (with pending cost of living rise in April 2025)
Hours: part-time, 22.5 hours per week
Holiday & benefits: 33 days annual leave pro rata (inclusive of Bank Holidays), occupational pension, free membership to Greenway Gym and classes
Training & Development Opportunities: All mandatory training and job specific training offered, e.g. First Aid, Safeguarding, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Practice and Reflective Practice.
Sick Pay: 4 weeks over rolling year, pro rata
Pension Contribution: Nest Pension Scheme, combined 7% (employer 3%, employee 4% as standard)
