Our service aims to support participants with holistic health, wellbeing, and employment support.
Whether you are looking to build confidence, expand your social connections, or enhance your CV, we offer personalised one-to-one sessions and group activities to support you every step of the way.
This service is open to anyone aged 16 and above.
You can either contact us yourself or ask a professional to do on your behalf.
Then, one of our friendly team will get in contact to get to know you a little better.

Wellbeing & Health Support
We offer one-to-one coaching and group activities to support all elements of wellbeing and health. We work with you to look at all elements of your life and can link you to specialist services and activities.

- Managing health and long-term conditions
- Improving mood and mental wellbeing
- Support with housing, finances, and debt
- Building confidence and self-esteem
- Developing new skills

Employment Support
We offer one-to-one coaching and group activities for people looking to get into work, training or volunteering. We can support all elements of employment support from CV writing and interview prep, to financial support to attend interviews.

- IT skills
- Confidence
- Volunteering
How does it work?
You can either contact us yourself or ask a professional to do on your behalf.
Then, one of our friendly team will get in contact to get to know you a little better.
You will then meet one of our friendly team to start one-to-one work with them. They will offer you space to discuss
your issues and support you to make changes that you want to make at a pace that suits you. This might include introducing you to different services and groups.

Volunteer with Neighbours Connect Southmead
Our Neighbours Connect Service offers one-to-one companionship and support to isolated residents in our community. This can range from a weekly cuppa, playing board games, to walks, fitness, and shopping, plus.
