Nurture Your Wellbeing
In this three week course you will learn how to prepare yourself for any situation, especially stressful situations such as beginning new courses or training, going to interviews and preparing for employment.
You will learn how to use SMART goals to help you achieve a work/ Life Balance, whether you are looking for a new job or currently working. This will include the what, why and how to exercise, eat well and breathing techniques that will help to improve your mental health and sense of wellbeing.
