Parties can be booked for Saturdays or Sundays.

9:30am – 12:30pm

or

1:30pm – 4:30pm

Parties are 3 hours long including set up, clear down and birthday tea.

There is a maximum of 40 children.

We ask that there is a ratio of 1 adult to 7 children.

The majority of The Ranch site is wheelchair accessible including the toilets and party room.

Absolutely!

You will have access to the kitchen and utensils. We encourage the use of reusable plates and cutlery to cut down on waste. We recycle food waste as well as paper, plastics and tins on site. Please do not bring glass.

All food must be pre-prepared. Other than the fridge and kettle, all other kitchen appliances must not be used. A full safety briefing will be given prior to your booking.

The Ranch is designed to be used all year round and in varied weather conditions and temperatures. The fun doesn’t need to stop for rain! Please ensure your party group come dressed appropriately for adventure play and for the weather on the day.

A full safety briefing will be given prior to your booking which includes pointers on how to use the site in adverse weather conditions.  A full site maintenance check is completed in the morning before your party to ensure everything is safe and ready to go, including to check the effects of any adverse weather.

We would postpone or cancel a party if the Met Office issues a weather warning and we are required to close. We would work with you to reschedule your party at the earliest opportunity, or provide a refund.
