Work for us
We are a growing team based at the Greenway Centre. We pride ourselves on our working relationships with the Trust’s values at heart: Positivity, Integrity, Excellence, Welcoming, Entrepreneurial. We love where we work across two sites – The Ranch Adventure Playground & Youth Space, and Greenway Centre. We love using the gym, café, and huge outdoor space connecting to Badock’s Wood Nature Reserve – great for walking meetings and lunchtime strolls. Staff get a free membership to our gym and fitness classes. Each year we have a staff away-day and issue a staff survey to gather everyone’s views and ideas; we endeavour to incorporate them into policies and opportunities.
