What does C.H.E.E.S.E have to do with saving energy?  We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) set up to provide innovative thermal imaging surveys for residential properties in and around Bristol, hence: Cold Homes Energy Efficiency Survey Experts – or C.H.E.E.S.E. for short!  If you see it it can be fixed and you can save.

Our surveys help householders identify where their homes are losing heat, by making visible the cold spots and draughts within the fabric of the building. Our customers tell us that understanding how their home works, in terms of energy efficiency, and learning how they can make their home more energy efficient with simple, cost effective draught proofing measures, is a great way to reduce their bills and carbon footprint, as well as assist with negotiating with contractors when considering more costly retrofitting options.
