JOIN OUR WORK TO SUPPORT COMMUNITIES TO THRIVE

We believe a connected community is a healthy community.  Our community buildings are central to this vision by providing a place for people to come together and for businesses to thrive. These special spaces need protecting and we are looking for a proactive, hands-on individual to join our maintenance team. You will work to ensure our community buildings are safe, efficient, and effective places where everyone feels welcome.

The Greenway Centre is our community and business centre, hosting a gym, cafe, conference centre, and offices, surrounded by greenery. It is ageing and well-loved, used by thousands of different people each week. Every day brings different problems to solve and the opportunity to make a difference.

Southmead Adventure Playground (The Ranch) is our thriving centre for young people and families. It has been a special place in the community for generations. Your work will ensure it remains vital for the children of today and of the future.

It is an exciting time to join our diverse and supportive team. We are building a new wellbeing hub for young people, investing strongly in energy efficiencies, and improving our outdoor green spaces to improve biodiversity.
