Southmead Festival 2024 – The Mead Olympics

Roll up roll up, come and win your Olympic ‘Southmeadal’!
This year our theme is ‘The Mead Olympics’ to bring together the Olympian values of being the best you can be, respect and friendship, a healthy relationship between body and mind, and celebrating culture and peace.
There’ll be games and competitions for every age and ability, from the classic coconut shy, egg and spoon and sack races, to Joel’s Olympic Assault Course. We would like to present as many ‘Southmeadals’ as we can to our competitors, so come on round and win yours!
Of course, the usual performing arts, music, food, and stalls will all be there, along with the wonderful Greenway Market in the main hall, and Shirley’s Big Festival Raffle is a haul of incredible prizes thanks to local businesses – do grab your tickets as soon as possible (available now at Greenway – £1 for 4 tickets).
