Greenrooms Therapeutic
Promoting calm and tranquillity
Each of our six new rooms has been beautifully designed as a space for privacy and connection. Softly furnished in modern and calming colours, practitioners can work one-to-one or with pairs and families.
Rooms are naturally lit with sun-tube portals and are fully accessible for people with neurodiversity or physical disabilities.
All rooms have the option of CCTV, and each has a panic button installed.
Green spaces and natural surroundings for outdoor activities are just a step away.

Greenrooms Activities
For group work, meetings, and activities
Our mid-size room can accommodate up to ten people and provides a spacious setting for play, activities, break out space, and workshops.
It has its own kitchenette, table and chairs, plus comfy seating area.
As with all rooms, there is adjacent waiting space and fully equipped high-end washroom facilities.

Greenrooms Events
A brilliantly light Hall for large group gatherings
Holistic exercise sessions, multi-agency meetings, celebrations, and seminars can all be accommodated in this bright and beautiful space.
Built to the highest and most up to date standards, our Hall and all our rooms are energy efficient with comfortable heating and cooling which can be controlled inside each room.
Price Range: From £25/hour or £200 from 9 am – 5 pm

Greenrooms Pricing
- Garden Hall £25/hr £200/day rate – Bright, spacious hall for group activities, events, or training sessions (up to 60 people).
- Group Room £15/hr £120/day rate – Comfortable room for meetings, workshops, or small classes (up to 20 people).
- Therapy
- Room £10/hr £80/day rate – Quiet, private space ideal for 1:1 sessions and counselling.
- Garden Hall £22.50/hr £90/evening block 4hrs (10% discount offer) – Host evening talks, community events, creative gatherings, holistic exercise classes.
- Group Room £13.50/hr £54/evening block 4hrs (10% discount offer) – Great for study groups, training, business meetings.
- Therapy Room £9/hr £36/evening block 4hrs (10% discount offer) – Discreet and calm for evening clients.
- Saturday & Sunday £600/day rate (1:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
- Exclusive use of the Garden Hall for wedding receptions, birthday parties, and private functions. Includes out-of-hours access to the Greenrooms building after 5:00 PM.
- Option to order plates, cutlery, table decorations, glassware. Discuss option with the bookings team.
Greenrooms Instructions
User Instructions:
- The user will be responsible for opening and closing the Greenrooms.
- Southmead Development Trust will issue you with keys and a fob to activate and deactivate the intruder alarm for the building.
- You will also be given an induction with instructions by a member of the facilities team.
- You are permitted to bring and consume your own alcohol, but it is illegal to sell alcohol during the hire.
What’s Included:
- Full access (includes set-up and pack-down)
- Use of kitchen, tables, and chairs
- Access to toilets
- Staff on hand to support the organiser before Greenway closes at 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Staff available on Friday evenings before 9pm.

Greenway Boxing Zone
Sessions for young people in groups and one-to-ones
Our new and large purpose-built, non-contact, boxing zone is fully equipped with punch bag stations, speedballs, cardio training, and brand new training pods from Box 12.
There are new changing rooms and showers.
Book for group work, one-to-ones, and team building sessions.
Price range: £6.50/hr for non-members, please enquire about group bookings.
The Ranch Adventure Playground
Outdoor play with Forest School area & river access
With its death defying slide and huge swing structures, our playground is a haven for adventurous play.
By the river the little outdoor classroom is a perfect place to reflect and learn, and the fire pit perfect to cook foraged food and the all important roasted marsh mallows.
With any booking you can add access to our community space and kitchen – perfect for rainy days and indoor activities.
Price: £30 per hour (£40 per hour if you need access to community space and kitchen)

The Ranch Art Studio
Pottery, kiln, arts & crafts
Our Art Studio is perfect for any kind of arts activities for children or young people including pottery, painting, drawing, or crafts.
We have a newly refurbished kiln, fully adjustable tables for different ages and abilities, and onsite storage.

The Ranch Sports Area
Outdoor games on a fresh high-quality surface
Book our recently resurfaced outdoor multi-sports court for five-a-side, basketball, and cycling circuits.
It is safely fenced for high ball games and racket sports.
