Winter Super Saturday at Greenway – Saturday 29th November

We are all busy getting ready for our next seasonal Super Saturday here at Greenway. Alongside the Greenway Christmas Market and Christmas edition of Southmead Repair Café, we invite you to My Winter Health – a special day of health and wellbeing support as we head into the chilly season – on Saturday 29th November, 12-3pm.

Join us for a free, community-focused day, full of friendly advice, free health checks, and expert guidance to help everyone in North Bristol feel their best this Winter and beyond.

If you are a health, medical, or fitness professional, we would love you to be part of the day; you will have a free space to set up and meet residents, offer checks and tasters, share advice, and connect with the community. From blood pressure, BMI, diabetes, and mental health, to cancer awareness, nutrition, and fitness – everyone’s expertise is welcome.

We are inviting nutritionists, physios, chiropractors, osteopaths, podiatrists, acupuncturists, and therapists of all kinds to take part. Our own Greenway Fitness Team will also be on hand to chat about health and fitness goals, plans, and next steps.

Alongside our health hub, will be the Christmas Greenway Market, full of fabulously crafted one-offs, treasures, and local traders offering yummy treats and perfect gifts.

Southmead Repair Café will have a Christmas twist giving the gift of a fix for those well-loved items to be used again this season; do bring your items along so they can be given another lease of life.

Expect a warm welcome, delicious and affordable refreshments, and a real community buzz.

Being prepared for the Winter is incredibly important, so do pop in to the My Winter Health event, choose the checks you might like, stay for a chat, and celebrate community wellbeing with us.
