We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Assistant

Come and work with us!  As part of our front of house team you’ll help to ensure exceptional customer service at our Centres.   In this vital role you’ll be a point of contact for our many customers, project participants, gym members, staff, site tenants and visitors.

Location:

Greenway Centre and Southmead Adventure Playground (The Ranch), Bristol BS10

Salary:

£19,480 per annum pro rata

Contract type:

Permanent

Hours:

23.5 hours per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday –  16:00 – 21:00 and  Sunday – 08:45 – 17:45,

plus frequent opportunities for overtime on weekdays and evenings

Holiday:

33 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) pro rata
