JOIN OUR WORK TO SUPPORT COMMUNITIES TO THRIVE

Is success for you to see children and young people (CYP) flourishing? Do you have a passion and interest in mental health and wellbeing? Do you love working one-to-one with CYP and families? Do you have the next brilliant idea for our group programme?

We believe that every child and young person should have the opportunity to thrive, and we have been investing in and growing all our work with CYP.  With new funding we are refurbishing one of our buildings to create a new wellbeing hub for CYP, where much of our specialist one-to-one and group work will be delivered.

Our one-to-ones and small group services sit alongside a broader, open access, youth and play offer, including sports, specialist provision, and community development. As a member of our children’s team, you will link in with all the Trust has to offer to ensure the best outcomes for CYP and families.

ABOUT US:

We are one of Bristol’s leading, independent, community led organisations. We are a multi-purpose charity which supports and leads services for all ages and ethnicities, to achieve our vision of thriving communities.  We help to improve health, wellbeing, local pride, and employment.

We are committed to building a staff team which represents the diverse community we work in. We encourage and welcome applications from all backgrounds.

We are a Disability Confident employer.
