The Sage Room is a quiet, comfortable space ideal for talking therapies, clinical supervision, counselling sessions, and one‑to‑one meetings. Designed to support privacy and calm, it’s well‑suited for professionals who need a confidential, self‑contained environment. 

Hire Rate 

• Minimum charge (covers 1–3 hours): £30 + VAT 
• Each additional hour: £ 10+ VAT 

What is Included 

• Sink within the room 
• Hot‑drink station in the lobby with a kettle and dishwasher 
• White noise machine  
• Panic buttons (coming soon — we recommend using a lone‑working app in the meantime) 
• Front‑door buzzer (coming soon) 

Add-ons: 

• Tea and coffee: £1.55 +VAT per serving 
• Tea, coffee, and biscuits: £1.75 +VAT per serving
