June: Questions About Glencoyne Square?

We have been busy continuing conversations with the different housing providers who could build the new flats on Glencoyne Square.

We have also been working with Bristol City Council on drafting their new library lease; Southmead Library will be re-located to one of the ground floor commercial units.

While we work on these negotiations, we have updated our website with the questions that residents frequently ask us about the project.

We have included the questions and answers that residents have been asking us throughout 2024 and 2025 (so far).
