Festival of Friendship at Greenway: Saturday 11th October

We are delighted our partners SENDaWelcome and My Community Bristol are holding their Festival of Friendship here at Greenway, on Saturday 11th October, 11am – 3pm.

Everyone is welcome at this inclusive event to celebrate friendship.  It will be a free day of fun and activities, meeting new people, and tackling loneliness. There will be loads to do while making new friends and connecting with local organisations.

A highlight of the event will be a performance by our very own Greenway Singers, at 1:45pm – if you are not lucky enough to hear them rehearsing at Greenway each Thursday afternoon, then do come along and enjoy their fabulous range of well-loved songs, and sing-along too.

Also, Horizon Disability Friendship Group, who meet here at Greenway every Wednesday, will be putting on their popular Bingo session which is not to be missed at 2pm, there are prizes to be won!

There will be arts and crafts, games, workshops, and taster sessions to enjoy, plus the chance to meet local organisations who support people with learning disabilities, and, of course, refreshments.
