Tai Chi classes in Bristol
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art now widely practiced for the beneficial effect it has on health.
Its slow, graceful movements link together to create a meditative dance which is safe for people of all ages to enjoy.
Practising Tai Chi will improve your movement, co-ordination and balance. It creates a calm and positive feeling and energy levels will increase to make life just that bit smoother.
