How do I book a Ree Balance class?
Simply register with the Greenway Gym for free visit our online members area.
Once you are registered you can pay for individual classes at £5 per class, purchase an ALL-IN! membership and attend as many classes as you like or purchase a 10 class pass!

How long is a class?
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing a well fitted or good sports bra if you need one, comfortable/sports clothing in which you can move freely and trainers.
Should I bring anything to class?
Please bring your own bottle of water to class. We are currently unable to have a water fountain due to Covid restrictions. You can also purchase water at reception.
Do I need a gym membership to come to class?
You do not need to be a member of the Greenway Centre Gym to take part in the class, simply register for free online, create a Greenway Gym account and then you can book and pay for classes online as and when you like.
If you would like to join the gym and attend as many classes as you wish for only £19.99 with our ALL-IN! Membership then simply register in the same way and purchase a membership online. Move GB customers can also book a space on this class.
Meet our Ree Balance instructor
My name is Tina and I am a certified Level 2 fitness instructor and certified in Les Mills Bodycombat, Les Mills Bodypump, STRONG NATION, Ree Combat, Ree Pump and Ree Balance. For me teaching fitness classes is all about coaching and connecting with participants to ensure they feel stronger and more confident and enjoy every minute of the class. Instructing enables me to reach so many people through different class experiences, which gives me the ability to make a greater impact on improving the health and wellness of all participants. I have the ability to design and deliver meaningful and memorable movement experiences, helping people to move better, function more efficiently, not just during their workouts, while also enjoying the many activities of daily life.
