Southmead Health Discovery Day

You are warmly invited to our Health Discovery Day for Southmead residents. We would love to introduce you to dementia and diabetes experts and researchers, connect you with local health and wellbeing support organisations, and offer free refreshments and lunch for you to enjoy.
There will be plenty of breaks during the event to enjoy refreshments and to talk to the speakers or to the organisations that we have invited along, including Bristol Dementia and Wellbeing Service, and Bristol Health Partners.
This event is organised by the Ardagh Community Trust supported by National Institute for Health and Care Research.
