Rockabye ‘Parents to be’ Group

The group is for expectant couples – pregnant women/people and your partner. We warmly welcome dads and co-parents-to-be, including a significant other who will have a close, lasting relationship with your baby.
The group will support each parent to connect individually with your unborn baby, to give you both space to explore any hopes and fears about becoming a parent, and to support you as a couple to prepare for the changes to your relationship and family.
People who attend might be first-time parents, or you may already be parents who would like to spend time preparing to parent the baby who is on the way. Rockabye offers a non-judgemental, supportive group provided by a skilled team.
