We are Hiring: Play Worker

Join our team at The Ranch Adventure Playground and Youth Space and help create fun, safe and inclusive play opportunities for local children.

As a Play Worker, you will support child-led play sessions, build positive relationships with children and families, and help create an engaging environment where children can explore, learn and thrive through play.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, values the importance of play, and wants to make a positive difference in the community.

• Holiday: 33 days annual leave pro-rata (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
• Sick Pay: 4 weeks over rolling year, pro-rata
• Training and Development Opportunities: All mandatory training and job specific training offered, e.g. First Aid, Safeguarding, Equalities and Diversity, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Practice and Reflective Practice
