New: Greenway Nature Wellbeing Group – Starts Monday 21st September
17/09/2026
Being in nature can help you to slow down, connect with others, and find a sense of calm.
Come and join me, Jen, for our new Nature Wellbeing Group, in Greenway Community Garden, every Monday from 11am – 12pm, starting on Monday 21st September for six weeks. The sessions are free, and there is a cuppa and warm welcome waiting for everyone.
Together we will explore different creative activities that can deepen our connection with nature, based on the five pathways to nature connection, as well as help to care for and nurture the green spaces around Greenway.
Being in nature can improve wellbeing, boost confidence and reduce mental health symptoms. Working outside enhances our ability to connect with ourselves, each other and the world around us. Being part of a group can feel supportive and reduce loneliness.
This group has a fun, reflective and empowering approach to supporting wellbeing. It is open to anyone looking to improve physical health, reduce stress, meet new people, or enjoy the benefits of connecting with nature – it is for everyone, no experience or special skills required.
