In the last five years we have grown our turnover of £500k to £2m. Our core areas are start-up businesses, training, health & wellbeing, community development and young people. We have now expanded into community-led housing projects.
You will be an experienced leader, skilled at working with a team, and will drive forward the Trust’s ambitions. You will be a talented networker, capable of developing relationships with local government, local residents and other charities. You will embody our values of:

You will lead the Trust into the next phase of its growth driven by a desire to serve the people of Southmead and backed by an able leadership team and a supportive board of trustees.
Salary: £50-60k per annum
Hours: 37 per week to be worked flexibly
Contract type: Permanent
