DESCRIPTION:We are an open access\, fully inclusive playground. This means children and young people can come and go as they please and everyone is welcome to come and play. \nWe are fully accessible and have adapted facilities to meet the needs of all children and young people. We provide a wide range of activities for children and young people all year round. These include sports\, cooking\, and art activities. Freely chosen and self directed play is a big part of our ethos. \nAge Rage: 8 – 13 years old Children under 8 are welcome if accompanied by a responsible adult. It improves heart health and has even been shown to boost your immune system.” \nTai Chi has its roots in China of 2000 BC.  Time has proven it can ease the body\, calm the mind\, and create a feeling of balance and harmony. \nIf this sounds interesting to you\, do come along and try out this slow mindful sequence of movements and experience the benefits for yourself in this friendly and fun class. \nTai Chi for Beginners at Greenway: Every Wednesday\, 11 AM – 12 PM \nTo book a place visit: Tai Chi Works Bristol or text 07704 478521 \nYou can also book in person at the Greenway Centre Reception. \nCost: sliding from £7 – £10 \nAbout Karen: \nI have studied Tai Chi and Chinese martial arts since 1983\, and I began teaching in 2004.
