DESCRIPTION:Every Monday enjoy a non-competitive badminton session with other friendly and welcoming adults (aged 16+) in our Main Hall. \nThe cost is £3 per session\, which you pay at Reception desk. \nPlease wear loose clothes and trainers\, so you can easily move\, stay cool\, and remain slip free. We have racquets and shuttlecocks available\, and you’re welcome to bring your own. If you forget your water bottle\, there is free water and spare cups in our cafe. \nThere is no need to pre-book\, simply join us on the day. DESCRIPTION:Join the Greenway Strollers for a gentle amble around Badock’s Wood\, followed by a cuppa and a chat. \nWalking is great for getting out into nature\, breathing fresh air\, and having a good chat. It’s also gentle exercise however this isn’t the focus. If anything the poddle is a plus! \nMeet us by the orchard to the left of Greenway’s front door – keep an eye out for the hi-viz jackets! \nEveryone welcome. If you would like to find out more about how strenuous the walk is then feel free to join us at 10:30am for the cuppa and we can chat about it.
