DESCRIPTION:Every Monday enjoy a non-competitive badminton session with other friendly and welcoming adults (aged 16+) in our Main Hall. \nThe cost is £3 per session\, which you pay at Reception desk. \nPlease wear loose clothes and trainers\, so you can easily move\, stay cool\, and remain slip free. We have racquets and shuttlecocks available\, and you’re welcome to bring your own. If you forget your water bottle\, there is free water and spare cups in our cafe. \nThere is no need to pre-book\, simply join us on the day.
