Breathe For Wellbeing

If you’re anxious or overwhelmed, if your mood is low or you feel stuck, why not join our FREE 6-week evening course for the over 55s with breathing specialist Lyndsey Marriott in January 2023.
In a friendly group setting you’ll learn different ways to breathe that will help you to relax and reduce stress levels, improve your sleep, let go of sadness, or stop racing thoughts. Learning to breathe well can also reduce blood pressure and improve your posture!
Changing the way you breathe in different situations can transform your emotional and physical wellbeing.
You’ll leave feeling calmer and more confident!
